Description

Process flow of machining shaft:

Since the lathe spindle contains steps and inner holes, which can fully reflect the characteristics of shaft parts, the spindle is used as an example.

1. First drill the center hole at both ends of the forging blank, rough the outer circle of several large steps;

2. Perform the quenching and tempering;

3. The semi-finished steps of each gear, the outer circle and the length allowance, then take the center frame to the total length;

4. Through hole in the drill shaft on the center frame;

5. Taper holes at both ends, boring heads at both ends, drill the center hole to prepare for grinding;

6. The outer circle and step plane of the fine turning gears, put the grinding Allowance, and the grooves and chamfers on the outer circle of the car;

7. grinding the outer circle of each gear and the plane of the step to the size; 8, processing the threads on the lathe after assembly.

Shaft parts are one of the typical parts often encountered in machines. It is mainly used to support transmission parts, transmit torque and bear loads. Shaft parts are rotating parts, whose length is greater than the diameter, and are generally composed of the outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, inner hole and thread of the concentric shaft and the corresponding end surface. According to different structural shapes, shaft parts can be divided into optical axis, stepped shaft, hollow shaft and crankshaft.
