In the premise of material consumption is not large by stamping processing, it has light weight, good stiffness, high strength, high precision, oxidation resistance function, and with the mold size uniform, has good interchangeability and surface quality characteristics.

(1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts are free from rust, and the surrounding environment is clean and tidy.

(2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each part, tighten loose parts, adjust the fit clearance, check the wear of bearings and bushings, check and replace the balance plate, mouth ring and impeller, etc. , so as to achieve normal, safe, reliable transmission of sound.

(3) Check the lubrication. Check whether the performance indexes of lubricating oil and grease are qualified, whether the oil filter is blocked or dirty, add new oil according to the oil level of the tank or change the oil according to the oil quality. To achieve clean oil, oil smooth, no leakage, no wear.

(4) Electrical system. Wipe the motor, check the terminals of the motor and the power supply cable, and check whether the insulation and grounding are complete, clean, firm and reliable.

(5) Repair pipes. Whether the valve is leaking, whether the switch is flexible, whether the filter is blocked.
