Reliability salt spray test is an environmental test which uses artificial simulated salt spray environment conditions created by salt spray test equipment to confirm the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. The severity of the test depends on the duration of exposure. Reliability laboratory simulated salt spray tests can be divided into four categories: neutral salt spray test, acetate spray test, copper accelerated acetate spray test, and alternating salt spray test.

The feature of zinc nickel alloy plated surface:

1, the nickel content of the coating can be controlled stably.

2. Fast deposition speed.

3, low current density bright area wide range, can be used for more complex shape parts hanging plating, also can be used for rolling plating.

4, the plating solution has good leveling performance, the coating is silver white high bright.

6, corrosion resistance is more than 5 times higher than electric galvanizing.
