Description

DIN is a German standard bolt with specifications from M1.6 to M52 and length from 2mm to 200mm.DIN can also support customization.
Bolts are mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners with nuts. A type of fastener consisting of a head and a screw (cylinder with external thread), which needs to be matched with a nut to fasten and connect two parts with through holes. This type of connection is called bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a detachable connection.

Color zinc plating: using chemical or electrochemical methods to produce a colored film or interference film on the metal surface. The film is very thin. Sometimes the interference film itself has almost no color. When the metal and the surface of the film reflect light, The light waves are canceling each other out, forming a variety of different colors.

It mainly through a large number of micropores on the metal surface or strong adsorption and chemical reaction on the metal surface to evenly dye the inorganic or organic dyes in the dyeing solution to the metal surface. Sometimes electrolysis can be used to co-deposit metal ions and dyes to produce colors.
