Description

Welding pin is a kind of high-strength rigid connection fasteners. Welding pins are cylindrical heads for arc stud welding, which is short for Cheese head studs for arc stud welding. The specifications of welding pins are nominal diameter Ф10～Ф25mm. The length is 40～300 mm. Welding pins have the manufacturer's identification mark made by embossing on the top surface of the head, and the welding pins have a wide range of uses.

Colored zinc plating: Use chemical or electrochemical methods to produce a colored film or interference film on the metal surface. The film is very thin. Sometimes the interference film itself has almost no color. When the metal and the surface of the film reflect light, The light waves cancel each other out to form a variety of different colors. When the thickness of the film gradually decreases, the color tone changes, generally from yellow, red, blue to green, until the color of the film itself is displayed. If the thickness of the film is not uniform , Will produce iridescent or variegated variegations.

There is also a dyeing process to make the metal surface color. It is mainly through a large number of micropores on the metal surface or strong adsorption and chemical reaction on the metal surface to uniformly dye the inorganic or organic dyes in the dyeing solution to the metal surface. Sometimes electrolysis can be used to co-deposit metal ions and dyes to produce colors.
