Precision phosphorous bronze stamping part

Phosphate-copper (phosphate-bronze) (tin bronze) (tin phosphate-bronze) consists of bronze with degouging agent phosphorus P content of 0.03 ~ 0.35%, tin content of 5 ~ 8% and other trace elements such as Fe, Zn-Zn and so on. The ductility and good fatigue resistance can be used for electrical and mechanical materials, and the reliability is higher than that of general copper alloy products.

Phosphorous bronze Feature :

1. Tin phosphor bronze has higher corrosion resistance,

2. With automatic self-aligning, not sensitive to deflection, bearing bearing uniform bearing capacity is high

3. Good electrical conductivity, not easy to heat, to ensure safety and strong fatigue resistance
