Aluminum alloy shell is especially easy to be crushed and scratched when stamping production. Therefore, the following some points should be paid attention to in the process of die making and stamping production of aluminum alloy shell

1) Aluminum alloy material is soft, in order to prevent the stamping process of aluminum alloy deformation, displacement. Precise positioning must be set on the stamping die, and the positioning device needs to have a smooth surface without water chestnut.

2) Reasonable design of mold clearance, to prevent aluminum alloy shell bulge, collapse Angle and other phenomena

3) Aluminum alloy shell design structure, try to avoid deep holes, because most of the aluminum alloy shell after the process needs anodizing, anodizing deep holes are easy to hide acid
